This virtual appointment booking service is a separate service that we provide in addition to our marketing services for Aesthetic Practices, it does not apply to marketing campaigns or other digital services we offer—those are governed separately.
Cancellations:
Appointment deposits are fully refundable, given at least a 24 hours cancellation notice prior to appointment at spa.
This cancellation policy applies to our $25 appointment deposits processed by our appointment booking team.
No-shows or cancellations made under 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Refund policy:
Duplicate deposits processed in error will be refunded upon request.
Refunds are available upon request if cancellation notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
In the event of an error or service issue, submit your request within 5 business days to [email protected] or 248‑940‑3302.
All refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to fully process.
All appointment deposits are securely processed via Stripe.
All appointment deposits are 100% transferrable to a rescheduled appointment.
Confirmation of Purchase: Upon processing the appointment deposit, customers immediately receive a receipt of their purchase, and a confirmation text and email with the spa contact information, address, and appointment details.
Our service features no shipping as part of delivery and fulfillment. No physical goods will be shipped.
We use a secure website with HTTPS to process payments and ensure PCI compliance.
